This beautiful manor house set in a 3,000 acre estate has been in the same family for over 400 years.  Set on the side of a stunning valley, surrounded by dramatic hills covered in ancient wooodland, a river running below and overlooking a lake a more romantic setting would be hard to find   Children, horses and dogs are around but there is more than enough space to ensure guests' privacy, peace and comfort. 

A home-cooked breakfast is served in a dining room hung with family portraits, a huge log burner and views across to the Epynt hills.   Bedrooms vary in size from a large double/twin ensuite to 2 smaller, but very comfortable and newly decorated bedrooms (1 double, 1 single but could easily accommodate another bed for a child) with a shared bathroom which has a separate shower.  The latter are on the second floor and would be ideal for a family or friends.  All the bedrooms are decorated in the English 'country house style' and all have lovely views. One wing of the house has been let for self-catering holidays for several years now.  This has 4 bedrooms - 1 double, 2 twin and 1 bunk room and 2 bathrooms.  It is spacious and comfortable with a large kitchen/dining room and sitting room with Sky TV.  It  has its own private entrance and use of a garden area about 100 yards away but with woods, hills and marvellous walks on the doorstep.  Well behaved dogs are welcome.  £550.00 per week. Christmas and New Year £700.00 per week.  Please contact us for further details.

We are  conveniently situated 1 mile from the village of Beulah where there is a garage, pub and shop.  5 miles from Llanwrtyd Wells, 8 miles from Builth Wells.  Brecon is 30 minutes by car and the literary festival town of Hay on Wye 40 mins.
