Paragliding is one of the most incredible ways to see the countryside, it is an exhilarating sport that takes you as close as you’ll get to feeling like a bird! It is a highly weather dependent sport but if you are looking to experience a tandem get in touch with Steve at Mid Wales Paragliding Centre.

Wild Swimming

From amazing hidden plunge pools to river swimming to leaping into our own lake hidden in the hills wild swimming is fantastic at any time of year. But there are plenty of places to discover around here and we are more than happy to share some of favourite spots if you ask.
